As of today I’ve finally completed The Cornell Home Study Course in Bird Biology with a grade average of 91.6. Don’t have a lot to say here except that I highly recommend this course to any diligent student of ornithology as the next best thing to a college education in that field. Be warned though, the textbook is a massive 1248 pages, with an equally large test for each of the 10 chapters. For every inch of shelf space this beast consumes, however, it has easily reconciled by becoming my most utilized ornithological resource.
